As part of KANEKO's Construct exhibition, Omaha Under the Radar will present a Generator Series event on the theme 'Resilience' featuring Chicago-based Ensemble Dal Niente performing The Body of the State by Eliza Brown, a monodrama on the life and incarceration of Juana of Castille, written in collaboration with scholars from the Indiana Women's Prison. The event will also feature Omaha songwriter, poet, and at-risk youth advocate Dominique Morgan, and Chicago-based composer/movement artist Jenna Lyle performing Louise, a piece for magnetic-tape garment, movement, theremins, and voice that explores the struggles of feminine identity.
